Delivery

All orders are sent recorded delivery and will require a signature at your delivery destination.

We aim to despatch orders by the next working day. Although 90% of orders are delivered by the next working day, please allow 3-4 working days for delivery. If you wish to have Express Delivery on an order, please contact us by phone on 0843 289 9790.

UK Mainland:

We charge a flat rate delivery fee of £4.95 on orders below £100. Any order above £100 is entitled to free postage.

Out of stock items

Should an item unexpectedly be out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date. If this is not satisfactory we will gladly refund your money.

Guarantee and Returns

We offer a 21 day, no quibble, money-back guarantee. If you receive any item which does not exactly meet your requirements, provided you return it unused (at your expense) in its original packaging, we will refund the purchase price. Always ensure that you retain proof of mailing and delivery.

Should any item be damaged in transit, or received in a damaged condition, again you may return it to us (at our expense) for a full refund but please include a note describing the problem. Please ensure that you retain proof of mailing and delivery.

Most Manufacturers offer at least a 12 month warranty period. Should a product fail due to faulty workmanship or materials you may have a claim against the manufacturer and contact them direct. If this is the case, you must retain the guarantee card accompanying the product and/or the purchase receipt. Should you not have the current address of the manufacturer then email us and we will provide it.

We process all on-line transactions using Paypal offering the highest level of online security. We do not retain credit card details within our organisation.

Collections

You may also collect your order from The Ashburton Cookery School between 10am and 5pm, 7 days.

Simply select 'Cash’ as your payment option during checkout and you will not be charged a shipping fee.

Please contact us to book a collection time and we will have your order ready. You will be required to pay by Cash or Card upon collection.

We fully adhere to the UK Data Protection Act and will not pass on customer details to any third party.
